Child Development Unit – Training Methodologies

A nurturing environment where children with different needs are given a great start in life.

How is the training conducted (what methodologies and resources are used)?

Hierarchy of Delivery

Pathways

  • Face-to-face learning – face-to-face networking and interaction with peers to enrich their learning is most prevalent in the village
  • Technology-enabled learning – with covid19 we are moving into this mode.
  •  Workplace learning – opportunities are provided for staff to showcase acquired knowledge from the 2 pathways mentioned above into actual practice. Allied health professionals from CCDU will monitor and provide consultations.
