Get Involved – Volunteer

Volunteers are a major pillar of strength and manpower in CCCS

Volunteer

With limited resources, volunteers are a major pillar of strength and manpower in CCCS.

Your support and contributions are a vital aspect of our ability to take care of our children.

Role of a Volunteer

  • One-to-one or small group support in subjects: English, Math and Mother Tongue
  • Engaging our children in the use of technology for learning
  • Engaging our children in the arts (e.g. singing, creative writing, music, dance, storytelling)
  • Helping our teachers within the classroom
  • Supervising play or leisure
  • Office admin and IT support

Requirements and commitments

  • All volunteers are required to be 18 or older
  • Volunteers who commit to subject support or literacy programmes are to be available at least once a week for 4 months
  • Children related activities are usually conducted on weekday afternoons. Individual arrangements may vary and are to be mutually agreed upon.
  • Should you need to take a break, do contact our Community Partnerships Manager to inform us in advance.
