Canossian Circle of Care

Canossian Circle of Care

The Canossian Circle of Care is an ecosystem of care across the Canossian Village that puts the child and the family at the heart of everything that we do. We provide a supporting structure for our children where therapists and other multi-disciplinary professionals work together with school leaders, teachers, and the pastoral care team across sectors in the Canossian Village to provide a continuous flow of support beyond the classroom.

Our multidisciplinary team of professionals support children and their families across the areas of learning, behaviour and psychosocial needs. This aims to enhance and integrate services across the traditional silos of early childhood, primary school, and after-school education systems and demonstrate how coordinated care can benefit children, particularly those facing adversity, as well as their families.

The Canossian Village

The saying “It takes a village to raise a child” is truly embodied in the Canossian Village located at 1 Sallim Road. This single compound houses within its walls not just Canossaville, but also Canossa Catholic Primary School, Canossian School and Canossa Convent. Each of four has a unique role in catering to the specific needs of the children, especially those with hearing loss, who pass through the Village gates.
