Student Care – Testimonials

Since entering Student Care, there has been an improvement in Brendan’s social skills. It has given him the opportunity to mix and interact with other kids at a level he is not able to at school.

With CSC being in the same “village” as Canossa Catholic Primary School (CCPS), as parents we are assured that our child will be safely handed over from CCPS to Canossaville Student Care. The environment is safe and clean and the teachers are attentive and caring. They have provided constructive feedback to Brendan and this helps him on his learning journey.

The 125th anniversary was an evening to remember with the members of the religious council in attendance. It was a reminder of all the good work that has been done by the Canossian Sisters.

Canossaville has given Seraphina and Elliot more opportunities for play through educational learning. They love going to Student Care, especially Seraphina!

Pastoral care, committed teachers and values-based education are the cornerstones to the uniqueness of Canossaville! Students are given academic assistance and have the opportunity to take part in fun activities. It is a place where the children can learn and grow in an enriching and fun way.

My dearest daughter even wanted to go to student care for just half a day during the holidays, even though she can sleep in while waiting for a lunch time activity at home to begin! Who does that if the student care is not good?

Please continue your efforts Canossaville, this is the best student care I know!

Ariel has grown to become more confident in sharing her views and thoughts after joining Student Care. I believe this has been imbued in her, thanks to the guidance and coaching by the teachers at Canossaville since her early days here.

Canossaville emphasises not only on the well-being of their students, but also overall character formation, in line with the Canossian values. It’s a conducive and safe environment where parents have complete assurance that their students will learn and grow.

Ariel has frequent nosebleeds and has experienced them multiple times while in Student Care. Although she is used to it by now, her teachers continue to show her adequate care and concern, and help to relieve the bleeding without causing alarm to me.

Thank you for everything. From the teaching staff to the administrative staff to the security staff, thank you for keeping the students safe and well.

Since joining Canossaville Student Care, my child readily volunteers to help with chores at home, like washing the dishes and cleaning the table after meals. She shares with me that she does this at the Student Care too.

I like that there is prayer time for the children as it is a reminder for my child to turn to God. Teachers at Canossaville Student Care are responsible and firm with the children as well as caring towards them. They are also responsive to my feedback. I have also observed that there is some interaction between the different age-groups and that the children are generally happy and cooperative with one another.

My child can be shy sometimes when facing an audience or a large group, but her teachers are very encouraging and have told me that she does a great job leading the class in prayer!

I am able to work with the peace of mind, knowing that my child’s safety and well-being is well taken care of by the Student Care until I come to pick her up.

Lucas has delayed speech issues but he has learned to be more verbal since he joined Student Care in 2019. He has so much more to say! The kind of care and encouragement the teachers give to every student is unique to Canossaville.
When Lucas was unwell, the teachers, including those that were not teaching him, and the security aunty were very concerned about his well-being and would ask me how he was doing the next day.

I would like to thank all the teachers for being patient with Lucas. The teachers put in effort to get to know him as a person and have found ways to motivate and encourage him in whatever he does. Thank you teachers for your hard work!

I do not regret sending my son to Canossaville!
