Whistleblowing Policy

Canossaville is committed to lawful and ethical behaviour in all its activities and requires that its internal stakeholders conduct themselves in a manner that complies with all applicable laws and internal policies.

In keeping with this commitment and Canossaville’s interest in promoting open communication, our whistleblowing policy provides a safe and confidential avenue for all internal stakeholders and external parties to report unethical practices, irregularities, or contravention of regulations, pertaining to governance or finance matters.

This policy is intended to align with the principles set out in the Code of Governance, which encourages the reporting of concerns in confidence and in good faith.

Any person covered by this policy may make their reports to their immediate supervisors, or via email to whistleblow@canossaville.org.sg, which will be accessed by the authorised person(s) in charge. All concerns raised will be treated with strict confidentiality. For an effective evaluation and investigation, individuals are encouraged to provide as much specific information as possible, and to identify themselves where comfortable.

Employees and external parties who raise concerns in good faith are given reassurances that they will be protected from reprisals or victimisation.
